Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely place the jewellery in its original branded packaging, ensuring all certificates and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
